The Medical Support Supervisor’s primary job function is to provide direct supervision to departments, teams and staff as assigned within the medical clinic. The Medical Support Supervisor is responsible for all daily operations related to the clinical support staff duties of their designated Medical Clinic site and is responsible for assisting with the budget, hiring, and maintaining staff who strive for excellence, and maximizing productivity for the Providers and staff.
