*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, assist in the development and implementation of care plans, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality healthcare services.
*Responsibilities*
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
* Perform IV infusions and phlebotomy procedures
* Conduct patient assessments and provide nursing interventions
* Assist in specialized procedures such as Botulinum toxin treatments
* Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
* Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments
* Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records
* Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
*Requirements*
* Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
* Proficiency in Cerner or similar electronic medical record systems
* Experience in geriatrics, occupational health, or related fields is a plus
* Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and anatomy
* Ability to triage patients effectively in urgent care settings
* Competency in ventilating patients when necessary
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
