The Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides restorative care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, ensuring compliance with facility policies and maintaining resident safety and dignity.
Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Responsibilities:
• Provide restorative care as outlined in care plans
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
• Document treatments and incidents accurately
• Assist in care plan development and implementation
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and facility policies
Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Education and Experience Requirements:
• Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Physical ability to lift 25 pounds and perform required tasks.
• Team-oriented with a professional demeanor.
