*Responsibilities of an Assistant Director of Nursing:*
* Work in conjunction with the center’s DON to provide direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents and patients in a long-term care and skilled nursing / sub-acute care nursing center (all units).
* Plan, coordinate and manage nursing care, services and staff, ensure quality care is achieved and regulatory compliance is maintained.
*Qualifications for an Assistant Director of Nursing:*
* Associate degree in Nursing (ASN) or above required
* Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required.
* One (1+) or more years of nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing / sub-acute care setting required.
* Prior nursing leadership experience LTC / SNF preferred.
* Must be proficient in the use of a Personal Computer and possess ability to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software.

Is a 163 of beds skilled nursing center that offers in-patient residential care, short-term rehabilitation, and specialty services. Our property features private and semi-private rooms, landscaped grounds, 7-day per week admissions, and rehabilitation gym with 7 day per week therapy, and we accept a wide variety of insurance plans.
