Nursing Supervisor
The Village at Morrisons Cove in Martinsburg, PA, is currently seeking to hire an RN Supervisor-PRN. This individual will work approximately 1-3 days per week, depending on the needs of the schedule.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* - Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care- Monitor patient care plans and ensure adherence to protocols- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care programs- Supervise medication administration and treatments- Assist in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures- Conduct regular patient assessments and address any concerns promptly- Provide training to nursing staff on medical procedures and best practices
* Communicate with families and medical practitioners
* Communicate with local referral sources
* Attend committee meetings as assigned
* Other duties as assignedQualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania nursing license (RN) in good standing
- Previous experience as a Nursing Supervisor or similar role preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and patient care systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
