JOB SUMMARY Working in conjunction with the CHRO, the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the direction and management of the long-term care facility. The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator ensures that standards of care and practice are consistent with current national standards and regulatory requirements, oversees the quality of clinical practice and management of areas of responsibility, budgetary oversight and fosters an environment of professionalism, ethical practice and engagement.
